Mrs. HOUEDAKOR has a Postgraduate Diploma from Chair UNESCO/UCAD on "integrated management and sustainable development of coastal regions and small islands" from the University Cheikh Anta Diop from Dakar to Senegal.

She has conducted several environmental studies, most notably: "the hydro-dynamics of the reserve of biosphere of the delta of Saloum ( RBDS) and impacts on economic activities", Senegal" (1999); "dynamics of the environment in the southeast of Togo: mapping the environment" (1997). She has also participated in the editorial staff of the "Environmental Profile of the coast of Togo" (1999). Mrs. Houedakor is currently studying for a PhD in the geography department of the University of Lomé. Her research for her thesis is studying the "Impacts of man's activities on water resources: case study of the Togolese coastal zone". She is also in charge of remote sensing in the department of geography.
